08/08/2012
Proving to be hugely popular year after
year, it comes as no surprise that all the seats for The
Last Night of the Proms have already been allocated. However
classical music fans have been given a second chance to
admire the orchestra, with the announcement that standing
tickets are to be made available.
Taking place in London’s Albert Hall,
the venue is transformed into a cauldron of noise, providing
a scintillating atmosphere that any classical music fan
would jump at the chance of attending. It features a
sizzling array of stars from the genre, with the scores of
Elgar, Pucinni, Shotaskovich and Delius all given perfect
rendition by the orchestra.
The world famous event will take place
on the 8 September, with hopeful fans asked to join the
queue on the south steps for the chance to enter. With
tickets priced at just £5 per person, it could be an
unforgettable evening of entertainment for anyone staying in
any of the
London hostels to enjoy.
