Irish rockers the Cranberries set for London gig
London is preparing to welcome
legendary Irish rock group The Cranberries, who recently
announced a new album and world tour.
The band, who rose to fame in the
1990’s with their debut album Everybody Else Is Doing It, So
Why Can’t We, will be performing at the Hammersmith Apollo
on 18 June.
Regarded as one of the most successful
rock bands to grace the 1990’s, The Cranberries achieved
fame mainly in the United Sates, where they achieved four
top 20 albums on the Billboard 200 chart and sold over 15
million albums.
Their latest album scheduled for
release on 27 February has been named Roses and represents
their first album in almost 11 years, marking a long awaited
comeback.
