Pink Floyd Rumoured to Perform During the Olympics
Rumours surrounding the reunion of the
renowned British rock band Pink Floyd are beginning to
surface, with millions of fans eager to see the proposal
formally announced.
Despite only performing once in the
last 17 years, it's rumoured that the group would play a
special concert for the up and coming Olympic Games. The
lead singer David Gilmour has moved to deny the rumour,
however organisers of the event are said to be very keen to
reunite the group.
Pink Floyd have sold more than 200
million albums worldwide and are responsible for timeless
hits such as 'Another Brick in the Wall'. The expressive
music style was truly influential, considered to have shaped
the rock and indie music of today.
