Camden fringe set to return
this summer
15/05/2012
The Camden Fringe is set to return to
London this year, offering a fantastic alternative event
taking place across a variety of venues over the city.
Billed as a dizzying alternative to the
high-profile Edinburgh Fringe Festival, it brings four weeks
of unique and exciting spectacles, with comedy, theatre,
dance, poetry and many more for visitors to admire during
the event.
Now in its seventh year, it is an event
focused on promoting creative talent; with edgy stand-up
comedy, modern adaptations of Shakespeare and even rapping
OAP's featuring in previous editions of the show. With this
year's line-up yet to be announced, many are hoping it could
be the best yet, with both experienced acts and fledging
newcomers all hoped to feature.
The Camden Fringe will kick off on 30
July, offering a range of stellar acts until 26 August. If
you happen to be staying in any of the
London bed and breakfast locations, why not come along
and join in the fun?
