Notting Hill Carnival hits the
streets of London this August

The Notting Hill Carnival is set for
another appearance in London this summer, bringing a
vivacious display of colours and costumes for a truly
incredible spectacle in the capital. With a catalogue of
events including the Olympics already penned for a summer
appearance in London, the 2012 celebrations are set to be
the biggest yet.
Going since 1964, the event has
exploded with popularity, with recent years attracting more
people than ever before. Year after year, it celebrates the
citiy’s multicultural diversity, bringing a magical
procession of vibrant floats and steel bands, inviting
everyone to congregate and indulge in the carnival vibes. It
plays host to the foods of the world, with everything from
Jerk Chicken to fried Plantain on offer to revellers.
London's Notting Hill will be blessed
with a carpet of vibrancy and infectious noise between the
