The Pet Shop Boys turn their
hands to contemporary dance
17/02/2012
British pop legends 'The Pet Shop Boys'
have made leaps and bounds into the world of contemporary
dance, creating a fantastic production together with the
help of choreographer Javier De Frutos.
Having already seen unprecedented
success in music, boasting a string of top 10 singles and
selling more than 100 million albums around the world, the
boys have decided to venture down a different avenue of
entertainment, with contemporary dance being the most
appealing.
The show, called 'The Most incredible
Thing', was aired in the city last year, returning again
after being met with critical acclaim. Complete with a
26-strong orchestra, the show is based on a Hans Christian
Andersen fable, with De Frutos pulling the strings in terms
of choreography to ensure another successful run in the
city.
The Most Incredible Thing will appear
at Sadler Wells from the 25th March to the 7th April. If you
want to see the versatile pop sensations’ new dance show for
yourself, be sure to book your place today. You could even
book into one of the nearby
London hostels,
offering the perfect accommodation at the best price.
