to the LSE group booking enquiry system
LSE’s residences are group experts and every year
successfully host hundreds of groups. We have several
different options available for group bookings and every
residence has a group co-ordinator based on site. The
co-ordinator
will handle your group booking from putting your quote
together until check out.
Bookings of 10 or more
people are treated as a group. If your party is smaller
than this please follow our
normal online booking process to make a confirmed
booking now.
The first stage in the group
booking process is to complete the appropriate group enquiry form
(links below).
Please complete this form with whatever details you have
and we’ll put together a proposal for you. If you don’t
have all the necessary information right now, go ahead
and fill out the form and we’ll make a provisional
proposal based on the information we have.
Unlike many other
organisations we don't book groups through our central
bookings office, we just co-ordinate enquiries and help
you to choose the most appropriate residence. Feedback
from previous customers suggests that it is much better
that you deal with somebody who is based in the
residence you will be in and will most likely be around
when you are staying with us. As such most of the
communication you have will be with the groups
co-ordinator in the residence itself.
