Booking and Payment |
 |
How
do I Book and Pay? |
 |
We only
accept online bookings for the Internship scheme. A small deposit
is required to book a place in residences. This will be
deducted from your total bill. All bookings are
processed by the Travelstay Network booking system. You
will be held responsible for rent for the entire period
booked
and you may not sub-let rooms. Full payment is
due seven days after booking, or on arrival,
whichever is sooner. |
 |
 |
What is the

Why does it take so long to search? |
 |
The booking system checks each day that you are
searching for. As
all bookings through this site are for long stays this
sometimes takes several minutes, especially on slow
connections. If you know which residence you would like
to stay in you can speed up the search by selecting a
residence on the search page. |
 |
 |
I
would like to stay in a residence that is not listed, is this
possible?
|
 |
Rooms at other residences may be available but not at
the long-stay rates:

Can
I book a twin or triple room?
|
 |
We have twin
rooms available at
Passfield
Hall. We do not have any triple rooms
available through the Internship scheme but they may be
available at standard
rates.

Can
I have a guest in my room?
|
 |
Overnight guests are not permitted to stay in your
room. If you
would like a guest to stay you can book a room with any
of the residences (subject to availability) at
www.lsevacations.co.uk.
If you are likely to have frequent guests you might want
to consider having a twin room as this will work out
better value. Day guests must be signed in at reception on arrival,
and signed out on departure. |
